Feb 2025 update! Finally tried the takeaway sandwiches from Bar Fino and they did not disappoint! Prices are so affordable and they use premium ingredients are not skimpy with the meat. I had a slow cooked chicken wrap/burrito for $11. Nice tasting and very filling. My friend had a foccaccia which was also highly rated. They toasted both of them for us and nicely packaged in an open cardboard tray with paper bag over the top. Made for easy eating outside in the sun on the steps at MLC. Coffees now $4.. but you will be hard pressed to find better value anywhere in the CBD. Run don't walk to Bar Fino! Original review Jun 2023- $3.80 for a hot chocolate! What a bargain. Super fast service despite their popularity. The baristas are wizards. Excellent value takeaway sandwiches and wraps which I am yet to try. They use Campos beans if you are a coffee drinker. Cut through foyer of Theatre Royal for fast access from King Street/Pitt St Mall.

Forget the noisy, crowded food court. This cafe, with its own tables just outside on the Theatre Royal side, is the place to have a delicious scrambled egg wrap & a coffee for lunch. It was also cheaper.

Thought this was just another cafe in an office building but the food is actually pretty good with a good price. Gotten the fried chicken burger and the grilled chicken quinoa salad. Both are good!!

Discovered this place randomly as a colleague was talking about it. I was so blown away by the friendly service, delicious coffee and good pricing. I think this will become my new local cafe when I’m working in the office. They had heaps of sandwiches that looked great too!

Best bang for your buck cafe I have found in the Sydney cbd so far! Fast service, great prices, large portion sizes for food and food is tasty.

Can’t fault this cafe in the MLC food court just near the entrance to the Theatre Royal Regularly the best coffee full of flavour & warmth. Lunch was fresh produce & generous serving size. . We had Chicken mushroom risotto & Thai beef salad. Both dishes were freshly made & delicious. Great selection of cakes to complete our lunch. Will definitely frequent this gem.
